Mrs. M is back in P-town. This means a catch up was overdue! When she asked me to choose a "cool place", I knew straight away where to take her and Miss D! Panda & Co.!
Panda & Co. not only had enticing photos on their Instagram, their cafe in real life was cute and hip!
The three of us took an inordinate amount of time choosing our dishes as everything sounded unusual but tempting!

| Poke Bowl ($17) |
Miss D cleverly chose their yellowfin tuna poke bowl. This dish was not as saucy as the poke bowl we had in Freo Markets, but nonetheless delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the bowl was light but tasty and satisfying!
Mrs. M stole my menu item (just kidding), the soft shell crab linguine.

The linguine dish was also delicious. The chilli sauce was slightly too spicy, but did not overpower the sweetness and sourness of the sauce. That soft shell crab was also cute and tasty.
As for me, I ordered the Brekky Puffs ($15) even though I was meant to order the Korean Waffle (sigh). But no regrets, although the dish looked small, the potato filling in the puff was just the right amount. The puff was crispy and went well with the bed of smashed avo.
We also ordered their adorable drinks that tasted as good as they looked!
Overall we enjoyed our time at Panda & Co.. The food was delicious and the atmosphere allowed for a looooong catch up session, which was just what we needed!
